Dive Shop Express is a customized solution for Dive Store owners. Dive Shop Express consists of the following applications:

Point Of Sale
- Add new customers in your system or easily locate existing customers. You can also easily generate a mailing label if you have a label printer attached to your system or network.
- Scan bar codes from merchandise.
- Search for merchandise (by category, color, description, manufacturer, or part number). Express Software also gives you the ability to combine search criteria (e.g., give me all products that are in stock, that have the word 'Black' in their description, and are made by 'My Vendor', and belong in the category 'Masks').
- Save old quotes and recall them when customers inquire.
- View and create popup messages for customers.
- View outstanding customer balances.
- View add-on sale and other popup reminder messages for specific inventory items as those items are entered onto an invoice.

- Create mailing lists based on Customer Purchases (e.g., tell me who bought a basic class but has not yet purchased an advanced class, or tell me who bought a basic class and have not spent more than five hundred dollars in the store).
- Create mailing lists based on birthdays for a specific month or day.
- Categorize customers by the products and services they are interested in.
- Generate mailing lists based on special interest groups that customers belong to.

Inventory Management System
- Track inventory from purchase order and receiving through final sale.

- View Gift Certificates / Cards that are: active, available, expired, destroyed, stolen, missing, voided, or have open balances.

Travel Reservation System

- Define add-on options (e.g., Night Dive, Dinner Cruise) that can be sold in addition to the trip.

System Requirements
- Minimum System Requirements are: 800 MHZ processor or greater, 128 MB Windows XP (64 MB RAM, Windows '95, Windows '98, or Windows ME).
- Recommended System Requirements: 1 GHZ processor or greater, 256 MB RAM and Windows XP Professional.
- Approximately 250 MB of available disk space is needed to load Express Software.
